Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-26
Weture.org (referred to here as "Weture," "we," "us," or "our") publishes content that recommends and links to products sold by third-party retailers. This policy explains what happens — and what doesn't happen — with your information when you visit this site.
1. Information We Collect
Weture.org is a static website. We do not operate user accounts, do not run advertising scripts, and do not install analytics tools by default. There are no sign-up forms, no newsletters, and no tracking pixels embedded in our pages. Browsing this site does not create a profile of you on our end, because we have no database to store one in. If this ever changes, we will update this policy before any new data collection begins.
2. Cookies
Weture.org itself does not set cookies. However, when you click a link to a third-party retailer, that retailer's website may set its own cookies to manage your shopping session, remember items in a cart, or track referrals from affiliate links like ours. Those cookies are controlled by the retailer, not by Weture, and are subject to that retailer's own cookie settings and preferences, which you can usually manage through your browser or the retailer's site directly.
3. Third-Party Links
Most of the links on Weture.org point to product pages on third-party retail sites. We may earn a commission when you make a purchase through one of these links, at no extra cost to you. Once you leave Weture.org and land on a retailer's site, their privacy policy governs how your information is handled, not ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any retailer before providing personal or payment information, since we have no control over and no access to what happens on those external sites.
4. Contact Form
Our contact page includes a form you can use to reach us directly. This form does not store submitted messages in a database on our end, and we do not use it to build mailing lists or marketing profiles. Any message sent through the form is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
5. Children's Privacy
Weture.org is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the site does not collect personal data from any visitor in the ordinary course of operation, this is largely a moot point in practice — but we state it clearly for compliance purposes.
6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
Residents of California have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected about them and the right to request deletion of that information. Because Weture.org does not collect, sell, or store personal information through normal use of the site, there is generally no personal data on file to disclose or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, you may contact us using the details below and we will address your request.
7. GDPR (EU Visitors)
Visitors from the European Union have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including rights of access, correction, and erasure regarding personal data. As with the CCPA section above, Weture.org does not routinely collect or process personal data from visitors, so these rights apply mainly to any information you voluntarily submit, such as through our contact form. If you have questions about how your data might be handled, please reach out and we'll do our best to assist.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and operational reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to check back periodically if you have concerns about how this policy may evolve.
9. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how Weture.org operates, please get in touch through our contact page. We'll respond to legitimate inquiries as promptly as we can.
